Information For Attendees
Those who applied to attend TEDxBuffalo 2015 will receive an email concerning the status of their application in September. If you have confirmed that you will be attending the event, then the information below is for you.
First thing’s first: We’re excited that you’ll be joining us at TEDxBuffalo 2015! Please note that you will not receive a paper “ticket” for the event; as long as you have confirmed your attendance, we will have a spot for you, under your name, when you arrive.
TEDxBuffalo 2015 is taking place at Babeville’s Asbury Hall, in downtown Buffalo. The venue’s address is:

Doors will open at 5 p.m., and the event will run until approximately 9:30 p.m.
A full cash bar will be available throughout the event and during the “After Party,” which will conclude at 10:30 p.m.
Parking: Numerous parking options are available around the venue: Street parking (first come, first served) is free after 5 p.m., and parking is also available in the Augspurger Ramp (362 Pearl St., corner of Chippewa Street) and various Pay2Park lots. Parking fees will vary by location.
Seating: Seats are not assigned at TEDxBuffalo 2015, but if you require a seat closer to the stage or closer to the exits and restrooms, please contact the organizers. Additionally, if there are any other special accommodations that you need met, please contact the organizers.
